You might not expect to find a tea room in a small village off the main road between Chorley and Blackburn – especially as it isn’t somewhere which attracts a great number of visitors. But the area is popular with walkers and the tea room seems to be well used by local residents.
The coffee is excellent and there is a wide choice of home-made cakes and scones. There are also newspapers to read – and a few toys to keep children occupied.
This tea room has now extended its opening times and is open from Wednesday to Sunday as well as bank holidays.
